I did Florida 70.3 twice, similarly insanely hot sunny run, and basically IMO when it's that hot and we're back-of-pack speeds anyway, it is best to acknowledge in advance that a brisk walk is the most that can be done on the run course.<br /><br />(PS Yes, let's start a petition for Beer Goggles Lens use for race photos!
