Here is my first try at publishing from some new training software. bear with me.
BTW if anyone has any idea how to get my HR strap to capture my HR better, I am open to ideas. I am pretty sure I didn't run a avg HR of 69 for real. 169 - maybe....... 69 no way.

If you get any advice on the hrm, let me know. My Garmin 305 hrm is also unreliable.
