Supposed to be a tempo run with 1 milewarm up, 3 miles at 11:40, 1 mile cool down.
Still lots of ice mountains and GINORMOUS puddles to dodge, so slowed me up a bit.
On a positive note, I changed the battery in my heart rate strap and guess what? It works again. Imagine that.....
(PS - even though I was slower than crap, it was AWESOME to run outside again!!!!! SPRING IS COMING!!!!!!!)
