Lucas had a track meet, I had some miles on the training plan to get in. So as a compromise, we froze our asses off at the track meet at Monetery Stadium and I ran home. I was hoping it was 5 miles, but ended up at a little over 3.5 with an extra loop up to Austin Road and back to the house. Would have added more but it was dark and I was a popsicle.

oh yes, sitting through the freezing cold track meets! So many of the boys' meets are like that (and super windy here) and I'm thinking...isn't track a warm-weather sport?!

Good luck un-popsicle-ing. It's now cold and wet here. Boo.

I love your running graphs! What sort of GPS device are you using to collect the data?

I use a Garmin 305, then upload the data to Bones in Motion website. (Hopefully you get this - your email doesn't show up to reply to your question)
