Took a quick bike in the country with Mike. It was windy, but felt pretty good. The hills were easier this time too which is a dfinite plus. Mike showed off and was climbing like a goat up every hill. I made myself giggle several times if thats possible by chanting my new going-up-f'ing-hills-mantra........ repeating over and over to myself "Suck it up Buttercup."

Anybody ever tell you where you live is really square? I'm amazed by the straight lines and right turns west of the river. Pretty wierd to notice that. I know.

HHMM might have to borrow your mantra when I do Galena on the 17th. Cause them's some nasty hills in my opinion...

I love it. Suck it up buttercup. I don't usually feel like a buttercup by that point in the ride. More like a sweaty gym sock.
